Here is my first try at senior pictures. I had forgotten how easy photographing teenagers is. No squeeky clown noses or goofy glasses needed. Mary is such cute girl, so natural and fun. I hope you like them.
I love photos. There is something real about a photo that no other medium can capture. I can remember as a child looking through photo albums over and over again and being able to make connections I otherwise would have missed. I remember seeing photos; of my mother growing up... of me as a small baby... of my grandparents some of whom I never got chance to meet. I could see the mischievous smile in me as a small child and see that same smile echoed in a photo of my mother. Those photos helped me to understand my place, where I had come from and who I could become. When I became a mother my passion for photography grew even more. One of my greatest desires is to be able to capture my children as beautifully as I see them. I hope that when they are older those photos will help them to find their place, the same way it did for me. I also want to do this for other families. My goal is to help you capture real moments, small glimpses into your life that will last.
